The KST-20 Vento/RN is a climate control with aH-Controlled technology and RN-Protected label for ventilation and dehumidification for any private, commercial and industrial rooms. With its three operating modes (ventilation, dehumidification and radon measurement), the KST-20 Vento can be used flexibly in almost any kind of living, working and industrial environment.

The new, compact climate control KST-20 Vento/RN, for automatic and controlled dehumidification and ventilation is an advanced control unit for ventilation units.
Intelligent radon ventilation
Radon is a colour- and odourless gas which can accumulate in poorly ventilated rooms. The risk of health problems caused by radioactivity can be significantly reduced by using the KST-20 Vento/RN. It monitors the radon concentration indoors permanently and user-independently. The limit values can be set according to the applicable standards for living and working environments. This ensures that the rooms can be used under safe and healthy conditions.
Dehumidification on the basis of the absolute humidity
In dehumidification mode, the climate control KST-20 Vento/RN is designed to prevent mould and mildew, to preserve buildings and to maintain a comfortable feel-good climate. In this mode, moisture is removed from the room in a controlled and reliable manner and an optimum temperature and humidity ratio in relation to the absolute humidity can automatically be achieved.
The basic principle of ZILA climate controls is to compare the water vapour content of the indoor and outdoor air. The water vapour content is defined by the absolute humidity (=aH) and is a measure of the "actual" humidity in the air. Comparing the absolute humidity of the indoor and outdoor climate ensures that moist air is removed from rooms and only drier outdoor air is introduced. "aH Controlled" means that suitable times for ventilation are automatically determined by the ventilation and dehumidification control, considering the climatic conditions inside and outside a building. At the same time, the devices can control the most common fans with and without heat recovery, as well as motor-driven window openers, fully automatically. This technology not only maintains a healthy building structure and a comfortable indoor climate, but is also very energy-efficient, as ventilation is only carried out if necessary and an air exchange makes sense.
Comfort functions
In addition to the automatic operating modes for ventilation and dehumidification, the KST-20 Vento/RN also has other comfort functions. With the integrated timer, pause and active times for ventilation units can be set down to the minute. A ventilation process can be started manually at any time using the button on the control unit housing. The "frost protection function" prevents the monitored room from cooling down too much, while a "dry protection function" prevents the room from rising, so that a healthy level for both people and the building can be maintained.
Various configurations and settings can be made easily via the illuminated display and the operating keys.
